My Life at the Farm

Life at Farm:

Established in 2012 in the fertile lands of Sangra Sadat Chiniot, Punjab, Bukhari Agriculture Farm is not just a place of cultivation but a center of healing. Our farming methods are rooted in tradition and respect for the land, where every crop is grown with love, care, and the natural rhythms of the seasons. We cultivate a variety of crops throughout the year, including wheat and rice during the cooler months, followed by fresh vegetables like tomatoes, spinach, and carrots in the spring and summer. The fruits of our labour, such as guava, pomegranate, and citrus, are harvested with the changing seasons, each fruit ripe and full of natural goodness.

I’ve always believed in the power of traditional farming practices, which have been passed down through generations. We rely on natural composting, crop rotation, and rainwater irrigation to keep our soil rich and healthy. These methods, free from chemicals and artificial additives, ensure that the food we grow retains its purest form, full of vital nutrients. The land here is not just a source of crops; it’s a living entity that provides for us, and we give back by treating it with the utmost care and respect. Every herb, vegetable, and fruit grown on this farm is a step toward true health and healing, contributing to the treatments and remedies that have helped many people restore balance in their live.

At Naqvi Farms, I am fortunate to have a dedicated team of farmers who share my passion for organic and sustainable farming. Led by my trusted farm manager, Muhammad Ghafoor, and supported by hardworking hands like Abdul Raheem, and Rafique, we work together throughout the year to grow a variety of crops. We cultivate wheat, harvested in April and May; rice, planted in June and harvested in September; and vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and spinach in the spring and summer. Our winter crops, including peas and carrots, are harvested in December and January. We also grow fruits like guava, pomegranate, and citrus, harvested between October and February. To ensure efficiency, we use modern machinery like tractors and combine harvesters, but we also honor traditional methods to maintain soil health. Our produce is sold in local markets in Chiniot and supplied to organic food stores in nearby cities, where we’ve built strong relationships with vendors and retailers who share our commitment to natural, chemical-free food.
